Shipping policy

At Palette Culture, we strive to process and deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Palette Culture currently ships across India.

- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
- All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available at checkout.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it will generally be processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During new product launches, festive periods, sale events, or periods of unusually high order volumes, processing times may be longer.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

After dispatch, most orders are expected to be delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:

- Courier or logistics partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, Palette Culture cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation through email or other available communication channels containing your tracking information, where available.

You can use the tracking details provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete when placing your order.

Palette Culture is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer refusal, or other delivery issues attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.

6. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED ORDERS

If a prepaid order is returned to Palette Culture after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts due to circumstances such as:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer being unavailable
- Refusal to accept the delivery
- Failure to receive the shipment

the order will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Any refund, deduction, or re-shipping arrangement will be subject to the applicable terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Palette Culture currently does not offer international shipping.

We currently deliver orders only within India.

8. PACKAGING AND DAMAGED ORDERS

Every order is carefully packed before dispatch to help protect the products during transit.

Minor damage to the outer packaging may occasionally occur during transportation.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

- Your order number
- A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the package from the time it is unopened until the product is fully unpacked
- Clear photographs of the package and product, where applicable

We may request additional information or evidence where necessary.

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

9. SHIPPING CHARGES

- Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹999: Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
